Explanation of Headings:

Fountain: Some structure, for the benefit of photos, creating visual and audible sounds from water falling.
Garden: Area in which photos can be taken with a significant floral background.
Gazebo: Outdoor covered area for the use in picture taking or possibly ceremony activity.
Dining Rooms: Number of rooms or areas which allow for more than one wedding reception at at time.
# Sat Func: Number of parties the smallest room will normally be booked for on a Saturday.
If 2 the first party must usually end by 5 pm, and a second party cannot start until 6 pm or later.
If 1 the party can usually be in the middle of the afternoon. CALL TO VERIFY THESE CONDITIONS.
Max: Approx. number of guests in largest room for comfortable dinner seating with dance floor.
Min: Minimum number of guests in smallest room for a Friday or Saturday function in-season. Off-season or Sunday-Thursday call for lower minimums.
